The Puzzle of Truth

Here are a few more nuggets I have been discovering which are helping me to have a clearer sight of the truth…

- As long as we continue to choose not to own our wounds and mistakes they will go on owning us and our stories.

- Not everything God leads us to do is successful and thats ok.

- God measures success differently than we do.

- It is an unhealthy choice to measure the condition of our hearts by looking at the size of our wallets.

- In heaven we are all famous.

- Yeshua saved us from something but more importantly He saved us into something.

- Only those of us that suffer well are able to love well.

- When we “get” what Christ is all about we will automatically stop trying.

- When we are in a transition it is a wise choice for us not to look back.

- Converts may be convinced of the truth but it is disciples that are transformed by it.

- We “get” there when we finally realize that in Christ we are already there.

- Gods loves to help us to let go of the unhealthy control that keeps our worth linked to the results we manage to achieve.

- It is impossible for us to cure an interior dysfunction through an exterior result.

- Sometimes we need to make the wrong decision in order to arrive to the right place.

- Knowledge will always help us to remember but it is understanding that will always help us to see and therefore transform us.

- The ten Commandments were designed to impact our social behavior and order while the beatitudes were designed to impact the condition of our hearts. Sadly too many of us are still seeing these two the wrong way around.

- The reason why Yeshua lived a simple life was not so that we could have an extravagant one but instead so that we could understand that a spiritually rich and fulfilled life is not found within our material possessions and earthly riches.

- We can’t genuinely and unconditionally love someone we need.

The journey continues…
