Another year comes to an end and I am already seeing many share what they intend to do this coming year.
Take some time today to consider that this so called resolution is a new solution that you have come up with once again to solve what the old solution was supposed to accomplish but didn’t. Consider also that adding a new resolution will only add further to the weight that you have been carrying around which has led you to try yet again to unload it with another new solution. Consider also that this repeating pattern is not changing and if these resolutions were indeed working all they would be achieving would normally be a better outside which will always be incapable of touching our inside.
Maybe the solution you and I need is already within us in the form of the Kingdom of Heaven that contains that pearl of great value which is our true identity fused together with His image, nature, and likeness. Maybe this is why the man whom discovered it in the Bible went back and sold everything that his solutions and resolutions had produced for him as he knew that nothing they achieved could ever match what he had just found.
Jesus came so you too could find this within you and live a reality that is 100% free from an ongoing pattern of resolutions which all they do is lead you to another dead end in need of another solution.
